Peer Review Process

The International Journal of Emerging Research in Agricultural Sciences follows a rigorous and transparent peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles. The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential.

Review Procedure

  1. Manuscript Submission
    Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal’s official email or online submission system, in accordance with the author guidelines.

  2. Initial Editorial Screening
    The editorial office conducts a preliminary assessment to verify the manuscript’s relevance to the journal’s scope, compliance with submission guidelines, and adherence to ethical standards, including plagiarism checks.

  3. Assignment to Reviewers
    Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent subject experts for double-blind peer review.

  4. Peer Review Evaluation
    Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, relevance, and contribution to the field of agricultural sciences. Reviewers provide constructive comments and recommendations.

  5. Review Decision
    Based on the reviewers’ reports, the Editor-in-Chief may decide to:

    • Accept the manuscript

    • Request minor revisions

    • Request major revisions

    • Reject the manuscript

  6. Revision and Resubmission
    Authors are required to revise the manuscript in line with reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version within the stipulated time.

  7. Final Decision
    The final decision regarding publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief after satisfactory revision and compliance with editorial standards.

Ethical Considerations

  • All reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality

  • Reviewers must declare any conflict of interest

  • Editorial decisions are based solely on academic merit

  • The journal follows COPE guidelines throughout the review process
