Author Guideline

The International Journal of Emerging Research in Agricultural Sciences accepts manuscripts submitted as e-mail attachments to editor@ijeras.com or through the Online Submission link available on the journal website.

Authors are encouraged to follow the IJERAS Paper Template to ensure faster review, processing, and publication.

Criteria for Manuscript Submission

  • Submitted manuscripts must be plagiarism-free.

  • Manuscripts must not contain more than 20% AI-generated content.

  • The manuscript must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • Writing should be clear, concise, and unambiguous.

  • Data presented must be accurate, valid, and reliable.

  • Discussions and conclusions should be logical, well-supported, and based on the presented results.

  • Content must be relevant to Agricultural Sciences and allied or emerging agricultural technologies.

Preparation of Manuscripts

As part of the submission process, authors are required to comply with the following guidelines. Failure to follow these instructions may delay the review or publication process.

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be arranged in the following order:

  1. Title

  2. Abstract

  3. Keywords

  4. Introduction

  5. Materials and Methods / Methodology

  6. Results and Discussion

  7. Conclusion

  8. References

The main manuscript must be prepared strictly according to the IJERAS Paper Template
(Template download link to be provided on the website).

Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.

  • Submit manuscripts in MS Word format only (.doc or .docx).

  • Authors must strictly follow the IJERAS Paper Template.

Review and Publication Process

  • All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process by at least two expert reviewers.

  • Acceptance or rejection notifications will be communicated via email within 5–15 days of submission.

After Acceptance

Upon acceptance, authors must submit the following documents along with payment details:

  • Copyright Agreement Form (signed and scanned)

  • Author Undertaking Form (signed and scanned)

  • Payment Proof (for publication charges, if applicable)

Note:
There is no submission or review fee.
A nominal publication fee is payable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

Publication Timeline

Accepted manuscripts will be published within 2–5 days after receipt of all required documents and confirmation of payment.
